How to Make the New Year JOY Filled, No Matter the Happenings

By now we are two weeks into the New Year, and I don't know if you're like me but I've already broken my New Years resolution. I was going to go a month without bread because it is my sweet. I wanted to be a good example to my husband who struggles to give up his sweets and let him see self-discipline in action. Ha! I've had a tough week. All kinds of mishaps, misunderstandings, and missteps.
